You’ll receive an email as soon as your payment is processed. This will contain all the information required to start, including a link to your own Trello board. From here you can populate the design tasks you require.

You’re welcome to organise a discovery call prior to doing this to discuss your project or ongoing needs.

We use Trello to manage your design requests. In Trello you can link or share files within the board. Some clients link Google docs, others attach recorded voice notes, we’ll work out a process that’s convenient for you.

On average, most jobs are completed in just 2 business days.

For larger projects such as website designs or brochure publications, understandably this may take a little longer. We’ll always communicate timeframes with you if they’re going to be longer than expected.

Your design requests will be prioritised by you, and we’ll work on them one-by-one as fast as humanly possible! Once you sign off on a design task, we’ll move onto the next one straight away.

The predictable fixed monthly fee is all you’ll be charged, you’ll never get any unexpected surprise invoices from us!

The typical salary for a full-time senior brand designer is around $100,000. Understandably, this can be excessive for many small businesses. Our monthly design plans offer a cost-effective solution, allowing you to achieve immediate results with the flexibility to upscale your subscription at any time.

Due to the nature of the work, we don’t offer refunds for artwork produced. You are welcome to cancel your subscription and you have access to the service until that subscription terminates.

You do! You’ve paid for them, so rightfully, they’re yours.

To cancel your subscription, simply login to the client portal. You’ll still have access to the services until that subscription runs out.

Of course! Once you sign up, you’ll need to provide all branding assets (logo files, style guides etc) along with any specific colours and fonts. We’ll work within the brand guidelines you have.

As part of the design subscriptions, we do not cover certain design work, including 3D modelling or complex packaging.
